We pass multiple pediatric dentists closer to home to come to Bloomy’s. Both adults and children are greeted by friendly, smiling faces. Everyone working seems to genuinely love children, and that goes double for Dr. Heatrice! She always has a smile on her face and greets her patients with excitement. My toddler loves the toys in the waiting room and the little toilet in the bathroom! I would suggest they add a step stool for easier hand washing, but that’s my only complaint.

Dr. Ackeilia Heatrice is incredible. Our son is 2 & unfortunately needed alot of work on his teeth. He had a to go in recently for general anesthesia to accomplish what needed to be done. The greatest part (which were many so its hard to choose!) was that in the appointments we had previously, Dr Heatrice was not pushy at all. She told us straight up he will need work in the future but, despite how bad it looked to continue what we were already doing & instead of SDF treatments, to use medical grade iodine which they have in office. I loved that for that it is natural and less invasive on his little body. We live 2 hours away & the Dr. was completely ok with and welcomed us sending photos when we werent sure what was going on. When I found Dr. Heatrice it was after searching for a Biological Dentist to no avail. What I really prefer about her is her background in working for a bio dentist in the past. First hand, any mammas out there who are looking for something more holistic this is it. To end, i'd like to say while we were sitting in her office while out son was under general anesthesia, we read her in office magazine. Her story & her husband's story (Dr. Heatrice, too!) are so inspiring. I went in to help my son, and I left feeling more alive as a person?? Im not sure about you, but thats not been my experience in the medical system, ever. Ive been jaded, misunderstood, scammed and let down more than ive been healed, helped, and understood. We love Dr. Ackeilia Heatrice and what she has created at Bloomy's. Our son now has a beautiful smile, we're inspired & so appreciative.
