My kids (13 and 10) have been going to the same dentist their whole lives, so they were very reluctant to start at a new office. The very first thing out of their mouths when we left our first appointment was, “That was the best dental experience ever!” Both of my kids appreciated that Dr. Heatrice spoke directly to them about what was she was doing during their exams. They said no other dentist has ever spoken to them…they have always just spoken to me as if they weren’t there. Dr. Heatrice brought concerns to me that seem to have been overlooked with our former dentist. Her joy is absolutely contagious!

Dr. Heatrice is amazing and today’s treatment with the laser went very well. The procedure was quick and painless. Two thumbs up from my child and he said “he is willing to do it again.”

Had a wonderful experience today with my 6 y/o who has a previous traumatic experience with a filling and crown at her 1st dentist. They use laughing gas if parent consents which made the process much smoother. Also, Dr. Heatrice was so sweet and silly and continued to distract my daughter during the process. She also used quicker equipment for the process with less drilling compared to previous dentist and was efficient. I give her an A+ and would highly recommend her! We even drove 2 hours and my daughter agreed after we left that it's well worth the drive for a much better dentist experience! Thank God for Dr. Heatrice!

We had such a wonderful experience for our first time going to Bloomy's! It's very kid-friendly with STEM style toys in the waiting area, a cute little door for kids to walk through to their chair, colorful rooms, and low sensory shows for kids to watch while they're having their teeth looked at. The whole team was kind and patient. Our son had a deep rooted tooth that needed to be extracted and they made the whole thing effortless and painless for him! Dr. Heatrice is amazing at what she does and definitely in the position she was meant to be in. Our children are actually looking forward to their next dentist visit! Thank you all for what you do!
